Returns

To request a return, contact us first through our contact form for return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened. You pay return postage. Approved refunds include the item price paid and applicable tax, excluding original shipping charges.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are eligible for return even if opened. BRND covers return postage and provides a full refund for the affected returned item, including the item price paid, applicable tax and original shipping charges for that item.

Return refund timing

Approved return refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us through our contact form to request a cancellation. Cancellations before production begins receive a full refund. Requests after production begins are reviewed individually by the owner.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit your applicable consumer rights, including any right to a full refund required by law.
